Lontra Labs is an independent consultancy founded and run by Russell Rutledge. The work spans strategy and hands-on building: helping teams decide where AI, better engineering practices, and open collaboration actually pay off, then doing the work to get there.

The aim is simple - better software, and better decisions about how to build it.
